Medical Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy
If you are looking for professional treatment with a registered Medical Practitioner, you are in the right place! As well as knowing you are being treated by a therapist registered with the General Medical Council, you can also have confidence in a practitioner who trained for recognised qualifications at University College London.
Hypnosis can be very effective in the treatment of a wide range of problems, and you can find details via the menu, as well as details of appointments and types of treatment.
Western Medical Acupuncture
As a practitioner of Western Medical Acupuncture, I use the priciples of modern anatomy, physiology, and neurophysiology when treating patients. The British Medical Acupuncture Society, founded in 1980 by Dr J Kenyon, is a nationwide group of Doctors who practise acupuncture alongside more conventional techniques. I insist on using modern, sterilised, single-use disposable needles in my practice. Electroacupuncture is available and will be offered in suitable cases.

Coming soon ...
The first fully-integrated environment in hypnosis. A wonderful landscape for induction, deepening and treatment whilst in hypnosis, without the disconnected visits to stairs going down or heavy eyelids!
| Hypnoacupuncture
The simultaneous combination of hypnosis and acupuncture in a treatment session is a very powerful management method, though rarely available in the U.K.. It is possible to potentiate the effects of treatment with hypnosis by using acupuncture simultaneously, and it is also possible to potentiate the effects of Acupuncture treatment by using hypnosis. It's worth mentioning that Hypnoacupuncture is not, for example, treatment use of hypnosis for smoking cessation whilst you have Acupuncture for a neck problem!
In appropriate cases Electroacupuncture and hypnosis will be offered together.
